You can change destinations by selecting the 'Browse Another City' link under 'My Destinations'. Clicking on this link will take you to a screen where you can enter a new destination and date range. Under 'My Destinations', you can view any previously viewed destination.
Certain activities may be seasonal, and therefore only offered at certain times of year. It is also possible that the activity provider modified the availability of their offering. The most likely products to change are event tickets (sports, concerts, theatre), but all products are subject to change from time to time.
Yes. Event tickets (sports, concerts, theatre) in particular may be marked up with handling or service fees, so the purchase price may be above the face value. It is also possible that you will be able to purchase discounted tickets that are sold below the face value.
Most other A & E products are sold at normal retail prices.
Our booking process is intuitive. Simply select your destination from the 'My Destinations' dropdown menu at the top of your screen and browse for a product that interests you. You can choose from the 'Browse by Category' listings. We also have 'Featured Offers' listed on each city's homepage, which our product team has selected for their special value to travelers. Keyword search is also possible under the 'Basic Search' section.
Once you have selected your product, you need to input the number of people, desired dates and other relevant personal details. For event tickets you may be presented with seating (or other) options. Once final selection is made, you simply pay by credit card or other payment option (payment options vary by country). After your booking has been made, you will see an order confirmation screen which will contain your order Number and links to your product voucher(s). You will also receive a confirmation email that will contain important instructions for redeeming the booked product and a link to the product voucher(s).
Following a successful booking you will see a confirmation page in your browser confirming the details of your booking. The screen has the word 'Success' in bold at the top, followed by the order Number and a link to the product voucher(s). A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered in the 'Traveler Contact Information' section (an email address is required for all bookings). The email contains important instructions for redeeming the booked product and a link to the product voucher(s). The contact information you enter here will only be used to notify you of product cancellations or modifications.
For event tickets, the product voucher will contain specific instructions on how to receive the tickets. This depends on the ticketing provider and may be by post or courier, by presentation of your voucher at the venue (will-call office) or other means. The order form for ticket products may also include shipping options, in which case you will be required to enter shipping instructions in the 'Shipping Information' section.
A voucher is a document that you must print and present to the product provider (tour operator, event producer, etc.). It is the proof that you have paid for your product and is recognized by the product provider.
Your voucher is the only proof of payment recognized by the product providers, and therefore should be treated like cash. Do not lose your voucher! Without it you will not be allowed entry or provided the product or service.

We understand that plans sometimes change and will do our best to accommodate this. You can cancel many (but not all) of our tours, activities, transfers and services by giving us advance notice. Event tickets can not be cancelled, however. (See also ' Can all products be cancelled?').
You can always find the cancellation policy applicable to a specific product in the Conditions section on the product information page you see before you book. Due to the agreements we have with our providers, there are costs associated with cancellations.
If cancellation is allowed, you can cancel your purchase by forwarding the booking confirmation email you received to
. Please put 'CANCEL' in the subject line before forwarding. In order to prevent fraud, we will
then ask you to validate the cancellation. This validation request will be sent before the end of the next business day to the
email address you supplied at booking.
You will be notified (by email) that your cancellation has been processed before the end of the next business day after receiving your validation. Refunds will be transferred into the credit card account you paid from within five business days from this processing date, but penalties and service fees may apply (see 'Can I cancel my product purchase?').
Most travel products and services in our Tours & Activities and Transfers & Services sections can be cancelled, but different policies may apply for individual products. You can find the applicable policy in the Conditions section on the product information page you see before you book.
Products in our Event Tickets section can NOT be cancelled. This is because these bookings are usually for assigned seats to events that may sell out, such as musicals, theatre shows and sports matches.
Modifications, such as changing departure dates, may be possible, but this depends on the product and the provider's policy. Please contact the provider of the travel product or service directly to enquire about this. You will find the provider's contact details on the voucher you will receive after booking. Please note that the provider may charge a fee for any modifications, and that modifications may not be possible at all.
To correct errors in the booking information you filled in, such as a misspelled name of the lead traveler or your contact details, please contact the Unaira Customer Support Centre.
If the provider cancels the product or event, Unaira will notify the email address you entered in the booking process. The person receiving the email will need to contact the Unaira customer service center in order to modify the booking or arrange for a refund based on the terms and conditions of sale of the product you booked.
You should read the product description pages and the product voucher carefully for special instructions. In some cases you are required to confirm your booking and/or provide additional details such as hotel name and address, flight details, etc. This is mainly with tour or airport transfer products.

All vouchers are linked to the Lead Traveler that you input when making the booking. The Lead Traveler is required to present a legal form of identification and provide a matching signature in order to redeem your voucher. These measures ensure that only the person paying for the product can redeem the voucher.
