Enjoy a visit to the village of Montmartre and a tour of the highlights of the Louvre Museum.
Description
At the top of the hill of Montmartre rests a village crowned by the white Sacred Heart Basilica. Toward the end of the 19th century, numerous artists (Van Gogh, Renoir, Picasso, etc.) settled here with their families to enjoy the simple and peaceful country life.
The Louvre Museum is one of the richest in the world. It is impossible to visit it all in a short time, but a guided visit will show you the highlights.
The excursion includes: Ride up to Montmartre by coach and funicular, guided walking tour of the village and Place du Tertre, visit on your own of the Sacred Heart basilica.
At the Louvre, you will skip the line and enjoy a guided visit lasting more than one hour. Amongst the many works of art you will see the Venus of Milo, the Winged Victory and Da Vinci's Mona Lisa.
Wednesday and Friday: It is possible to stay on at the Louvre for the late night opening.
Special offer for a combined tour Paris Historic + Montmartre and the Louvre Museum, PHML, refer to tour 12
