The Museum is sited in the Palacio de Mar, built in 1928 by the Oceanographic Society of Guipzcoa. In it we can find the rests of the last whale hunted in the Bay of Biscay. The Cantabrian Sea's ecosystem is shown in its aquarium. You will also discover the process of how to build a ship.
